🚚 Free Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Please review the following conditions:

  • Free Shipping is available for eligible items shipped within the continental U.S. only.
    Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Purchase Orders (POs) do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Oversized or overweight items, as well as special orders, are excluded from free shipping eligibility.
  • If you return an item that was shipped for free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.

📦 Shipping Methods

  • Lightweight items (13 oz or less) will ship via:
    • USPS First Class Mail
    • UPS Mail Innovations
      These methods include tracking and typically deliver in 2–4 business days.
  • Heavier items ship via:
    • FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground
      Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days depending on destination.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
