Refund Policy
At Itoli, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Request a Return
Please email us at service@itoli.net within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your name and order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will respond with return instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, customization, or licensing reasons. These include:
- Opened or used rosin, strings, reeds, and mouthpieces
- Earphones, harmonicas, recorders (personal items)
- Software and digital downloads
- Special/custom orders
- Oversized or freight-only items
- Used or open-box products
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
